First Day of School 8-20-08

Well, school has started. I thought I would be sad but, I am soooo happy to have 2 kids in school all day. They both go to East Meadows Elementary. Brock is in 6th grade and has Mr. Gull, Brinley is in 1st grade and has Ms. Powell. They both really love school. I am sad to see my babies grow up so fast.

Lagoon With NSP 8-8-08

We took the family to Lagoon for the Nature's Sunshine Company party. We had a great time. Evan Barber went with us. Brinley was a little mad because she was too short to go on the big kid rides. She better get used to being short. :)

We had the most fun on the water rides and fountain. Brin was able to go on Rattle Snake Rapids. She loved it. Bridgette and I played with the camera while we waited.

Midway 8-1-08

This year the Barber Family get-a-way was planned by Shantelle. We went to the Homestead. Shan planned everything and got us a great place to stay. It was a 3 story Twin Home with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 familyrooms, a laundry room and a huge kitchen. I got the best room in the place. It had a King Size bed, the closet was big enought for my kids to stay in. The kids loved the pool. This is where we spent most our time.

Bridgisms.... My 5yr old says some funny stuff.

8-2-10...."For the record.... I am not wearing what you picked out"

4-2010...."Mom, Grandpa Doug is not just in Heaven, he is in my heart."

12-27-09... "Brin I a-pre-c-iate you letting me feed the cat her food" Brin always makes Bridge get the water for the kitty.

12-23-09... Watching Miracle on 34th Street with Bridge. Dylan McDerrmont walks in to the church and Bridge says"Mom, dont you wish dad was that YUMMY?"

6-13-09... With all the thunder this weekend, we kinda got used to it, well bridge was in her room and some Thunder hit, She ran into the kitchen "Mom did you hear the Flunder, it was big in my room, bigger than yours in the kitchen."

5-12-09... My Uncle Keith came to help Trent hang doors in our basement. When he left, I asked Bridge if she liked him. She said " Mom, I want to kiss his face off, and He called me Mary Armpits".

4-9-09.....Mom, my Bug Juice has....... 100 calories(she was reading it off the back)

4-5-09... Mom, I need to loose weight. I is on a diet. I need to run on the Treymill.

2-26-09.... I look "hot"in my high heels.

2-26-09... Mom I taked a nap tday so I not be fusturated.

2-22-09... Bridgette was trying to sing U.G.L.Y. you aint got no aliby. It was coming out 1234 mgno la,la,la. I said "Baby you dork, what am I going to do with you?" She quicky said "Send me to D.I., thats where you send everything."

1-4-09.... Bridge brought me some paper scraps and said "Mom here is your sex". I had to talk to her for a minute to figure out she was talking about "checks" she wrote. She and Brin had been playing store.

11-26-08.... "Dad, You're my stinky friend"

11-22-08.... "Mom, I have acid in my pants" After much talking, she had farted and thought she did more. :)
